How to join the association?
Admission of new members of the Association is carried out by the General Meeting of the Association on the basis of the application submitted by him. The Chairman of the General Meeting represents the applicant at the next General Meeting of Members from the date of submission of the application.
The applicant is obliged, within 5 (five) working days from the date of the decision of the General Meeting of the Association on admission to the membership of the Association, to pay the entrance and annual fees.
What does membership in the association give:
Protection of the rights and interests of the members of the Association, including representation of their rights and legitimate interests in state bodies and courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on development issues on the development and implementation of Blockchain technology (Blockchain).
Support for compliance with the law in the implementation of the activities of members of the Association in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Organization of cooperation and interaction with government agencies on issues of Blockchain systems and the infocommunication industry.
Assistance to members of the Association in organizing software development processes and certification of companies in accordance with international standards in the field of software production, development of mutual outsourcing between members of the Association, countering monopoly in the supply of goods, performance of work and provision of services in the field of information technology.
Popularization of goods, works and services produced, sold, performed and provided by the Members of the Association, in order to expand the scope of their use and promote the integration process
with other technologies.
Representing the interests of the members of the Association in the preparation and discussion of regulatory legal acts in the field of development of Blockchain technology (Blockchain) and the infocommunication industry, participation in the preparation and initiation of amendments to the legislative acts of the Republic in order to ensure the development of domestic Blockchain companies.
Facilitating the development of contacts between Kazakhstani and international public, state and commercial organizations in the field of Blockchain technologies.
Representing the interests of the Association members in international organizations.
Conducting and participating in scientific and practical conferences, seminars, round tables on Blockchain issues.
Organization of information and advisory, preventive, scientific, methodological and publishing work.
Withdrawal from association membership
The withdrawal of a member from the Association is carried out by submitting a written application. At the same time, the Association determines the terms for the return of property, makes financial and credit settlements under the agreements that it has concluded with the Association. Entrance and target fees of a member of the Association leaving the Association are non-refundable.
